Harry S. Truman Library and Museum

Harry S. Truman Silhouette
Picture of Mueseum

Recently we went to the Harry S. Truman Library and Museum. We give it 4 1/2 out of five stars.
What we thought was interesting was all the interactive features; They had audio tracks, video presentations, and theaters where you made decisions like President Truman did. The only real problem was that there was a lot of walking involved, but it was still worth it.

Nelson Atkins Museum of Art

The other day we went to the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art. We give it 4 1/2 stars out of 5. It is great though not the best for small children who would lose interest easily. the "Nelson" has  large cultural sections the "Nelson" also goes in chronological order, starting with the ancient Egyptian through modern times and modern art. They also have modern science-related art in the Bloch building. Though we did not go into the Bloch building it sounds like a very interesting place to go next time we visit. We also have some pictures for you.
