The other day we went to the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art. We give it 4 1/2 stars out of 5. It is great though not the best for small children who would lose interest easily. the "Nelson" has large cultural sections the "Nelson" also goes in chronological order, starting with the ancient Egyptian through modern times and modern art. They also have modern science-related art in the Bloch building. Though we did not go into the Bloch building it sounds like a very interesting place to go next time we visit.
